Rhulani is the Managing Director of HAPE processing and is Management Consultant for Global Mining Corporation. He has 13 years Metallurgical experience with BHP Billiton Process Research, Anglo Research. He was Production Manager at Skorpion Zinc(Namibia) and a Technical Superintendent at Anglo-Platinum.

B.Tech Meta Engineering (TUT)
Mpho Mmbara is the Metallurgist at HAPE Process Engineering, Metallurgical Solution and Technology. He has vast experience in Engineering Design, Engineering Studies, Plant Optimization and Commissioning. He has been involved in Exploration activities, Plant design, and online quality management technologies. He started working at HAPE as a trainee metallurgist in 2010, Now he is currently the Metallurgist at HAPE Process Engineering, Metallurgical Solution and Technology

Studied Analytical Chemistry and Total Quality Management and has vast experience in mineral,water and coal laboratories and ISO 17025 Quality Management System , he has been involved in setting up of laboratories and writting ,implementation,maintenance and training as per ISO 17025 requirements.He has worked for organisations such Mintek,Anglo Research,SABS, and Set Point Laboratories,He is currently the Quality Manager for Hape, where his responsibilities includes Quality Management Systems as per ISO 17025:2017 and Analytical Services Projects.

Basetsana Moeti is a qualified Metallurgical Engineer, with a working Experience of more than 6 years. She has executed a vast number of projects for HAPE.
